The villagers lack access to quality health services due to low economic status, difficult geographical territory, lack of transportation facilities, lack of awareness, and long distance to the hospital. The free reproductive and general health camp was held mainly to address health problems especially for the women and children in Bhorletar. The camp was further able to benefit people from surrounding villages like Ramgha, like Bhorletar the people from Ramgha face similar challenges on gaining health care services.
